SpeedView is a sort of speedometer that uses your Android device's GPS to give you all sorts of useful information, like the current speed at which you're moving, your average speed, the highest speed you've reached, the direction in which you're going, and how long you've been moving.
You can use this application no matter if you're in a car, on a bus, or even if you're biking or running. In theory, and according to the creators of the app, the speedometer in SpeedView is even more accurate than the one built into your car.
And speaking of cars, SpeedView has an interesting function that works as a speed warning. If you establish a speed limit, but then go over it, your device will emit a sound to let you know that you're going too fast.
The application supports kilometers per hour, miles per hour, and even nautical miles per hour.
SpeedView is an interesting tool, thanks to which you can better keep track of how fast you're driving, riding, or walking.
